This is the one I’ve personally struggled with the most.
I know that creeping prickling panic all too well — when you suddenly forget something important, or (in my case!) forget someone was even coming to your home. It’s unsettling. It shakes the foundations of your confidence and creativity and often comes with that anxious spiral of:
“What’s wrong with me?”
Cue the 1am Googling:

“Why can’t I think straight?”
“How do I fix this?”

It’s a real and common part of the hormonal shift but that doesn’t mean we have to suffer in silence.
